ATELIER MENDIL

Based in Morocco, Atelier Mendil is both a creative studio and a tailoring workshop high-skilled craft specialized in tailoring.

All creations are handmade in the most beautiful materials and selected by the workshop.

Atelier Mendil is comitted in research and archiving drawings, models and techniques of Moroccan cultural heritage.

The carpets are hand-knotted using the technique of the symmetrical knot of Rabat named Ghiordès, which differs from the Berber knot-giving the carpets higher knot density, strength and a homogeneous downy appearance.

All carpets are made of 100% pure virgin wool, chain and weft.

Each carpet is shipped with its protective cover and a summary card with a full description of the features and maintenance tips.
